Merchant documentation – EU Withdrawal Form
This documentation is the basis for merchant guides (help centre, onboarding). It is aimed at shop owners who use the app in their day-to-day business.
Overview
The app helps you process EU-compliant withdrawals under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU): customers submit withdrawals via a form on the storefront, the app calculates the deadline, cancels unfulfilled orders or creates return requests for fulfilled items, and sends emails to you and your customers.
