Pro and Plus features
The app is offered in several tiers. This overview explains what is included in Free/Basic, Pro, and Plus.
Free / Basic
- Dashboard: You see all withdrawal requests and can open details.
- Theme block: The withdrawal form on the storefront is available.
- Settings: Fixed defaults:
- Withdrawal period: 14 days
- No B2B tag, no partial withdrawal
- Email notifications and customer emails can be turned on/off
Not included:
- CSV export
- Admin block “EU Withdrawal Details” and action button on the order detail page
- Configurable period (21/30 days), B2B tag, return options
- Automatic order tags
- Shopify Flow triggers
Pro
In addition to Free/Basic:
- Manual withdrawal: In the app under “Create withdrawal” you can create a withdrawal yourself (e.g. after a withdrawal by phone). You enter the order number, confirm customer email and optionally a reason – the app creates the withdrawal, cancels the order or initiates the return, and sends emails as with a form withdrawal. See Dashboard – Manual withdrawal.
- Refund deadline reminder: Email to you when the 14-day refund deadline (§ 357 BGB) is approaching and there are still open returns/refunds. In Settings you can turn the reminder on/off and choose days before deadline (1–5).
- CSV export: In the dashboard you can export withdrawal requests as CSV.
- Extended settings:
- Withdrawal period selectable: 14, 21, or 30 days
- B2B tag for order exclusion
- Options for automatic refund and return confirmation
- Admin block “EU Withdrawal Details”: Card on the order detail page in Shopify Admin with a table of all withdrawal requests for that order and period info.
- Admin action “EU Order Withdrawal Action”: Button on the order detail page that goes to the withdrawal detail page or dashboard.
Not included (Plus only):
- Partial withdrawal (customer selects items)
- Automatic order tags
- Shopify Flow triggers
- Custom SMTP
Plus
In addition to Pro:
- Partial withdrawal: Customers can select individual items for withdrawal per order. Non-selected items stay unchanged (e.g. further shipping or separate handling). For manual withdrawal (“Create withdrawal”) you can also select only certain items.
- Order tagging: The app automatically sets order tags by withdrawal status (e.g.
withdrawal-requested,withdrawal-approved,withdrawal-rejected). You can filter orders in Shopify or use them in workflows. - Shopify Flow triggers: When a withdrawal request is received, the “Withdrawal received” (or
eu-withdrawal-received) trigger fires. You can use it in Shopify Flow for e.g. Slack notifications, extra emails, or custom automation. - Custom SMTP: You can configure your own SMTP server for the app’s email (see Settings).
Changing your plan
Plan level and billing are managed via Shopify (Managed App Pricing). To change or cancel your plan, use the Pricing / subscription item in the app (if available) – you will be taken to the relevant page in Shopify Admin.
