Setup
Installing the app
The app is installed via the Shopify App Store or as a test installation through the Partner Dashboard. After installation you will be prompted to sign in and grant the required permissions.
First access and navigation
After your first login, the app provides:
- Dashboard – Overview of all withdrawal requests
- Settings – Deadline, emails, B2B, return options, etc.
- Pricing / subscription – Manage your subscription (if offered by the app)
The exact menu structure may vary slightly depending on how the app is embedded in the Shopify Admin.
What the app does
- Customers submit a withdrawal via a form on the storefront (theme block). A withdrawal can only be submitted while the withdrawal period is still running – once the period has expired, the form will no longer accept withdrawal requests.
- The app checks the 14-day withdrawal period (starting when the last item is received; see Settings and FAQ for details). Only orders within this period can be selected and submitted by the customer in the form.
- Depending on order status:
- Not yet fulfilled: The order is cancelled.
- Already fulfilled: A return is created in Shopify.
- Partially fulfilled (Plus): Return for fulfilled items; unfulfilled items may be put on hold or cancelled.
- Emails are sent to you (new withdrawal request) and to the customer (confirmation, and status updates if applicable). See Emails & notifications.
Subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Plus)
The app is offered in several tiers (Free, Basic, Pro, Plus). Which features you have depends on your subscription:
- Free/Basic: Dashboard, withdrawal form on the storefront, fixed settings (e.g. 14-day period).
- Pro: Extended settings (14/21/30-day period, B2B tag, etc.), CSV export, card and button on the order detail page in Admin.
- Plus: Additionally partial withdrawal (line-item selection), automatic order tags, Shopify Flow triggers.
Details: Pro and Plus features.
Next steps
- Set up the theme block – so customers can see the withdrawal form.
- Check settings – deadline, emails, and other options.
- Optional: Enable admin blocks (Pro/Plus) – show withdrawal requests directly on the order detail page.
